Leased a brand new Genesis GV70 from Genesis of Cherry Hill, could not be more complimentary of the dealership. In the past I have owned a Hyundai Genesis 4.6, Hyundai Equus, and a newer Genesis G80 5.0 as well. Big fan of these cars from the beginning, but this was my first step into the SUVs. The dealership is completely stand alone, absolutely flawless and everything is brand new, state-of-the-art service center as well and abundant waiting areas fully stocked for you to relax in. The car itself of course is a spaceship, with standard features that rival costly options on any luxury competitor like an X3/X5, GLB/GLC, or Q3/Q5, miles beyond anything from Lexus too with NX/RX. I was met by Neil upon entering, and spoke with him later, he was an absolute pleasure. Jazz, my sales representative, was extremely professional and kind. At no point of any waiting, discussions, or even the test drive was there any pressure or apprehension, I can easily say this was my easiest and shortest time at any dealership. Lastly was Anneliese, in the finance department, equally as kind and made everything just as easy to wrap up in the end. Cannot thank everyone enough for the awesome experience

My experience was amazing! My salesperson Gina really made things happen when waiting for the service dept to get things done. She made sure my GV70 got new tires, buffed out scratches and fixed the wheels. She even gifted me a brand new bottle of leather conditioner! Shes honestly the best and I would recommend asking for her when buying your Genesis!

My experience at the Genesis dealership in Cherry Hill was easily one of the best car-shopping experiences I’ve had. Jazz was incredibly approachable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine friendliness made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Art also stood out for his attentiveness and care. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were being well taken care of. That level of attention did not go unnoticed and made us feel genuinely valued as customers. The showroom itself has a calm, almost zen-like atmosphere, and the exceptional customer service is the perfect complement to it. After visiting several dealerships during our car search, Genesis Cherry Hill offered by far the most pleasant, welcoming, and customer-focused experience. Fantastic experience at Genesis of Cherry Hill! We recently purchased an SUV for my wife and we couldn't be happier with how smooth and enjoyable the entire process was. Niger was an exceptional salesperson-extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, friendly and genuinely focused on great service. Every one of our questions was answered thoroughly via email or in-person, and neither of us ever felt rushed or pressured. Working with Niger was truly a pleasure, and this dealership exceeded our expectations, from purchasing experience, enjoyable snacks and coffee, and the modern space (see photos) .
